Why do you only support websites built by Conversion Fox Marketing?
Every WordPress website is built differently. The themes, plugins, custom functionality, and hosting environment all influence how updates should be handled. Because we’re familiar with the websites we build, we’re able to test updates more confidently, identify potential issues more quickly, and resolve problems if they arise.
For websites built by another agency or developer, we don’t know how the site was put together or what customizations were made behind the scenes. Rather than take on unnecessary risk, we recommend working with the agency or developer who originally built your website, or with a WordPress specialist who has taken the time to thoroughly evaluate your site’s architecture. This approach helps ensure that every client receives reliable support while reducing the risk of unexpected issues during WordPress core, theme, or plugin updates.
